1. No claims will be accepted after materials are fabricated or installed.

  2. We extend no guarantees, expressed or implied, as to slipperiness, wear resistance or maintenance procedures. 

  3. All materials must be inspected by purchaser before or upon receipt of merchandise.

  4. Partial returns will not be accepted. 

  5. No returns after the fourteen day period will be accepted. 

  6. All returns must be in original condition and packaging, and are subject to warehouse inspection and approval.

  7. Absolutely no returns or exchanges for special orders, non-stocking items, and/or installed materials.

  8. Absolutely no partial returns accepted.

  9. All returns, cancellations, and exchanged are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

  10. All returned checks are subjected to a service charge of $35.

  11. Absolutely no cash refunds.

  12. Delinquent accounts and account past due shall be charged an interest rate of 1.5% per month (18% per annum) or the highest rate allowed by California law.

  13. If legal action is required to enforce the terms of this sale, seller shall be entitled to recover costs and reasonable attorney fees incidental to any collections activity undertaken, whether a lawsuit is instituted or not.
